Mj quick question do you have the edited UK courses included in your mods? I think the guy editing the UK courses was Simplemids. Just curious..

I do not have sinpleminds courses in my mod. I do use them in my game as they are fantastic and have adjusted some of the schedule files to make sure that the mods are compatible but I do not include them. I avoid doing most UK courses since he does them and I don't want overlap and why redo such a great thing. I do recommend them as they add so much to the UK side of the game and he has done a great job on them.

Ok great. So if i was to download his mods that wouldn't affect what i have in game with your mods? For instance silks and etc?

If he has silks in his mod, that would have an effect as that would override my silks. Anything that affects the US folder (folder 2) or the Canadian folder (folder 9) would also affect. Everything else should work. The only thing that might have a problem is the feature races from the Royal Ascot meet and the Meydan Dubai World Cup meet. I believe that I adjusted mine so that they match but I am not quite sure. If you do happen to have any problems, just contact me and I'll get you a schedule file that would work. I know that he had his Breeders Cup at Keeneland, and with the most recent update, I moved mine to Keeneland as well so that won't be a problem in game.

Nothing for the jumps game yet (besides named trainers and jockeys).
I will be working on all of the US jumps courses once I finish all the first post. But nothing yet.

mj are going to do the Randwick raise?
if you are, is it possible to change the 6f jump to jump from the Shute, the 6f races at Randwick are jumping from a corner at the moment. thanks in advance mj.

If you get me a diagram of Randwick showing where races start. Then I can get it as close as possible to how it is in real life.

That works. Thanks! I think I'm going to do Randwick with three Turf course tags, one for each chute. The 1200m chute would be the main one as it will emcompass most of the distances (outside of 1400m) in a somewhat correct location. There a 1400m chute course and a 1600m chute course. I would then adjust the schedule and showcase file to reflect the changes.

I will have the new showcase and schedule as alternates, so they won't replace your already done showcase and schedule. To make changes, just change the 1200m, 1100m, and 1000m races to turf1, 1400m to turf2, and 1600m to turf3. All other races would stay where they are (1200, 1100, and 1000 would also really not change, as they are all on turf1, just showing for specifications). It isn't too big of a change, just need to make sure any changes are reflected in both. More detailed instructions will come once I release Randwick.

I know we talked about Hollywood Park on here before, and just wanted to give another update. The NFL stadium plans for the area have gotten the formal go ahead. Word is that the whole complex will keep the Hollywood Park name. While it is so sad the track will no longer be there (I think they could have kept the stadium, join with the Forum, and build an NFL stadium, similar to what the Meadowlands is), the name will live on. It would be nice if they named the stadium Hollywood Park Stadium, or something along those lines, instead of just Los Angeles Stadium or some corporate name.

All of the fair courses are done. There are also going to be full showcase races from the fair circuit courses and will be in the updated US schedule with the next update. Belmont Park and Randwick are the only courses left.
