I decided to give the flat game a go. But when it gets to the first auction the game crashes and says 'fatal error, corrupted course Pau'

Any ideas?

Pau's flat course doesn't work but since the last few patches where you could Skip before you can't now easiest thing to do is go into your Flat data Schedule and delete all Pau flat meeting's save it and start again mate.

Just a small heads up. Deleted Pau and later on down the line got the same error message but for Toulouse. Deleted all files so will let you know if it comes up again.

Got one for Deauville now. Deleted everything related to the course in the folder '5' in the 'data' folder. Am I missing something?

You might be with Deauville has I redone the French schedule I put in the all weather course in if you didn't download the course with the all weather track it will crash on all weather race day's

I downloaded French courses, french data, update with preps & nhpreps and pasted them into their relevant folders in that order.

When I go to autorun a season before starting a flat game it crashes instantly with the message FATAL ERROR. Corrupt course 'Pau!' Unable to continue.

The same applies when doing a combined schedule with cheltenham.

Finally when autorunning a jump season, it builds the form for a couple minutes until the red loading bar at the bottom is about halfway and then the error pops up again with cheltenham.

Any ideas? Please help! Only bought the game today and really want to get started tomorrow (been playing since S04).

Finally got the schedule to work. If anyone else is having trouble implementing this to their game here are a few pointers. (I'm on latest patch 1.019 btw)

I downloaded the 'french courses' file from the first page and then the last file on page 4 called 'nhpreps'.

After installing these I noticed there are a few courses that are corrupted, when trying to autorun the 1st season. You will need to delete these courses and their races from the schedule.

Program files (x86)> Starters order 6> Data> 5> courses/ sched fj/ sched f/ sched j

In these folders delete all races and courses that are relevant to Pau, Mont de Marsan & Toulouse - note that there are races where Toulouse is spelled Tolouse so when using the search function in notepad (edit>find...) search for tolouse in each folder also.

There is also a German course that is corrupt - Krefeld.
Program files (x86)> Starters order 6> Data> 8> courses/ sched fj/ sched f

For other noobs out there like me, this is how I got it to work. Mind you, I did only test this for one season. Need to get in the bed now so I will start my first game on SO6 tomorrow Thanks for all your effort in putting together these courses & schedules simpleminds!

Need your advice, I have uninstalled my save, rebooted my laptop.
I then installed the SO6.exe, and all the updateds, from Mark.
I then installed, your French,German new tracks and the schedule.
I then installed. the French data, folder.
Everytime i try to start a new game, i type in my name, chose a silk then, when i click on the door button, to start the game, it just crashes, with NO error message, i have done this 5 times with the same result.
Would like help please, have you any ideas??

Try the new one Pau, and Toulouse (Flat are taken out) Make sure you have Downloaded the Deauville Racecourse has all Weather track was added.
