So I have a Mac and installed SO6 a while back and now been trying to add the start it mod. Went step for step and loaded everything into CPU in the right places(Im pretty sure)...Courses, Data, etc.... Deleted the copys of any tracks Now I go in and I see the tracks are where there suppose to be in folders and Im assuming data and stuff is too. I start up a new game and it works just like it should but without any mod? Not sure what I did wrong? Also, Im guessing Start it 4.0 is just for SO7? Been thinking of getting SO7 and use wine but Ive only had SO6 a month or two and hate to go splashing again. |

I broke down and bought SO7 and running it with wine on my Mac...seems to be working fine so far but when I went to download start it 4.0 mod it all goes good till courses finish up downloading it says “decompression failed” Anyone know what that means and how to fix it? |

Yes. Start it 4.0 is just for SO7. See : viewtopic.php?f=21&t=18337 Chris Ormie’s guide is at the bottom of page one . Don’t know whether it’s the same install as it is on windows but you can try it. Yasmin |
