 Claiming Races, is it possible?

Post Claiming Races, is it possible?
Working on a US schedule (Start It's is the base) but I am struggling to create claimers, if I use this <RACECATAG>CLAIMER the races are Listed races not claimers. It is not <RACECATAG>CLAIMING.

Any advice?

My understanding is that its no longer possible to make feature races claimers, so when you try they come up as listed races. I think this was because there were concerns that league players could use claiming races to buy the best AI horses in the game, and so this would be unfair.

Yep, this is indeed the case. I replied to Gunnevera to say this on one of the duplicate threads last night, but I don't think the moderators have had a chance to tidy it up yet.
