The in-game racecourse pictures are way out of focus - is there any way to fix this - its been bugging me for years now PLEASE someone help me -

Try pressing the letter M on the keyboard during a race, I think you might have motion blur still on, see if that does the trick.

TY for the info - i downloaded the everthing pack and then replaced the portraits file and voila it worked.

Yes what pauloneill said - the everything pack sorts it all out. Alternatively, you could try downloading, editing and replacing the pics yourself.
