I can get it to auto-run one season most times I try. Sometimes it crashes. Which I don't understand why. I can't get it to auto-run five seasons, it crashes every time. I think the problem is with three meetings scheduled on one day. Maybe future patches will make this work.

The schedule is based on the 2011 U.S. graded stakes schedule. It contains all the graded stakes run that year plus a few that were scheduled but cancelled. Also included are Canadian Stakes and the Dubai World Cup.

A great resource for U.S. schedule makers is this site...

Do you have a schedule I can use for So5?

It also crashes for me when I start up a new game.

I had a very similar problem with my Australian schedule, and it's almost certainly the multiple feature meetings on one day. When I tried it with an amended schedule with only one feature meeting per day, I could get it to autorun five seasons no problem. So you can try running only one feature meeting per day as a workaround for now, but hopefully this gets addressed in a future patch.

Yes, this should definitely be fixable, as it works no problem with multiple feature meetings on the same day in the UK schedules.

@panther, do you have up to date UK schedule that you can share?

It was me that created the default UK flat schedule for SO5. It's up-to-date for 2012.

Did you replace the Canadian Showcase file (9) and the Dubai Showcase file (7) ? I've changed those some so you have to put those in to get it to work. If you don't want those races you can open the schedule file and delete the Canadian and Dubai races from the schedule. You open the file with Notepad if you are not familiar with editing these files.

That's how I had it before and I really don't like it. Not very realistic. I put my time in with the one meeting a day schedule in SO4 and I really want a realistic multiple meetings a day game. I can wait for a patch. Right now I'm manually playing a game and it's worked up to end of the second season. Last time I tried it crashed in February of the third season and I couldn't go any further. I'll soon see if it does it again.

By the way I should have mentioned my schedule has no prep races and all Grade 1's are large fields including Grade 1 handicaps. If you want to change it, it's easy to do. Open schedule file with notepad and edit. An example...

I've made it past the point the game stalled at in my previous manual game using this schedule. I'll keep fingers crossed it never does it again. What I do is QUICKSAVE (Press S) after every race just to be safe.
