Go Girl, If there was nothing else am loving your giggly Oz. Just a thought Sabella, when report of didn't have pace for most of race comes up, I always push it up a furlong or two, usually with good results. Any way keep it up, makes my day. ARAPHO

Re: Starters Orders 6 Playthrough (Episode 5 is up!)
Great stuff Sabella, Ocean Mist is a good buy but needs further. Buying once raced 2yo's is a good tactic, it doesn't matter that there aren't any selling races, just enter them in maidens with horses of a similar rating and if they perform well they should sell for a decent price. Keep it up and good luck.

Bahaha! Glad you're enjoying the giggly aussie, Arapho! Thanks for the tip Loner - Ocean Mist did much better over a furlong further! Thanks Pjwright, I'm glad you're enjoying them

Don't forget to look out for those once raced 2yo's Sabella, especially those that have ran green or those that have ran in races that are to short for them. Great stuff, keep it up and good luck.

Re: Starters Orders 6 Playthrough (Episode 10 is up! The end
I love this Playthrough, I like you didn't make millions by betting it's more fun to work from the group up, go from struggling in handicaps to winning all over the world..good times.
But poor Hanover Lodge was to destined to succeed it seems, I do hope you start it up again. Would have it in a different country?
I wanna see you play in Australia, cause I'm an Aussie.
I was so excited to see you were a fellow Australian, we Aussies gotta stick together to beat the Brits at their own game..wait that sounds bad..nevermind.

Re: Starters Orders 6 Playthrough (Episode 10 is up! The end
Thanks Meeka! Yeah, Hanover Lodge was just doomed to fail from the start, unfortunately. I'm going to start again on Easy mode and see if I can make it work. I might do an Aussie one next, not sure. I do prefer the UK schedule, though, but I'll have a look and see if I can make a stable Aussie sched that includes the UK races as well. Nice to see another Aussie on here! There are a few of us around

Re: Starters Orders 6 Playthrough (Episode 10 is up! The end
I have an Aussie based schedule, with all the major G1 races from around the world in it, minus the jump ones. Took forever to get everything in the right place but did it in the end, if I figure out how I'll gladly send it to you if you would like to try it out, mostly made it for myself so I can race in all the major races without have a bunch of different files for each country, too much to manage.
It does include some custom tracks, but they are perfectly fine but if you don't like custom tracks and want the shed I can cut out the races that use them. Not missing much without them just some random Group 2's and 3's.
Played through 10 seasons with it just fine, it's the default game schedule that gives me grief most of the time strangely enough.

Re: Starters Orders 6 Playthrough (Episode 10 is up! The end
Nice! That sounds good - my only reservation is that having so many G1 races tends to dilute the quality of horse in them. Ie. to fill all those group races, the game enters lesser quality horses OR it enters the genuine group quality horses in a bunch more races, tiring them out and once again making them less competitive. Because I'm going to be reducing the difficulty to easy, I don't want to add in anything else that will make the game even easier again, you know what I mean? I'd love the file anyway, to use for my other games if you don't mind sharing it
