Good work again! But I may have to take a long hard look at my ten to follow. The two who have raced haven't exactly set the world on fire.

I might have to ride them into trouble at the back to get their rating down.

The city is so organized! Mine are messy, organic, oh so American I guess. Though I do like using the European theme maps, both for how the houses and shops grow to make a shared facade down streets and because the traffic mechanic on them is modeled to make the cims use public transit and walk for transport more often. Good cims! I use no game engine mods, but do have some added assets. I also do the added exits from an industry area to a main motorway though.

If you do expand I see the value in planning. I often do a bit of tear down trying to squish in commuter rail to tie to my metro lines later. Your low density though can be very low density with the added spaces around each house. Very controlled, but do you ever find yourself running out of map?

Yes a bit OCD! I do tend to build slowly and plan everything. Some of the mods are brilliant, and the assets make the city come alive, it's all in the detail.
I have the unlock all 81 spaces mod so map space is not something I run out of, it will be more a case of whether my computer can handle the simulation as the city grows.
In the next episode, I start by showing what I have done off camera, which is quite a bit. The cims were complaining about a shortage of educated workers, so there has been a big push on education, plenty of new schools and a university. There is also a new classy looking theatre, a huge public library and the start of a golf course on the sea front. I have also made a start on the office area near to the reservoir. Housing around the hockey stadium has increased and plans are in place to put in a metro line. Really looking forward to starting work on the city centre and building up the beach area over the next few weeks.

I am starting my 'Banished' series soon, which is another game I love playing. Hoping to put out around four videos a day to build up the channel quickly. Think Starters Orders 6 will probably have the most videos, but Cities Skylines won't be too far behind.

I am also planning a series of tutorial videos on how to trade successfully on Betfair using Geeks Toy. I have been in touch with the owner of the software and he has given the green light for that. It is something I have been planning for a while and I often get asked for advice on trading, so hopefully this will be on you tube soon.

Cities Skylines video:

Brief tour of the city, with a focus on education. The university is now available to the population, bringing them in line with commercial expectations. Local government have agreed planning permission for a new theatre by the reservoir and a community library resides on the east side of Kensington. On the sea front a new golf course is taking shape.
Plans for a retail park are drawn up and put into operation.
But what surprise building is now in the city? In this part of Heraldmont County it certainly is wonderful everyday!
