I wish it was only 2 seconds, my 3 milers are over 13 seconds slower.

It might have something to do with mark messing around with the race pace, people were on about the race speed so perhaps it's put the times out. I know it got changed recently.

I have a big problem with it because all my flat team are hold up horses so I've got to put horses into the races to make a decent speed and with the times changing im not sure how fast my horses are going.
With my jumpers its different because I've bred speed/front running pace( love my front running jump horses) into my horses so I can just breed the best and not care about times.

Paul how long has the second Newmarket course been in our CK, I've only just seen it.

Wonder is there an issue with the forum server pages very slow to load some taking ages to refresh
or for posts to be posted

or is it just me

Slow here too. I found if you hit post then wait 10 seconds or so and then hit stop/x button in upper left and then preview your post it will tell you someone has posted something (your something) - then you just go back to forum index. Goes much faster than waiting for your post to take hold.

A product of specialized breedings efforts. I started this with exactly 31 stallion and 31 Mare transfers which was a neat coincidence. I keep a screenshot of every horse I transfer. I keep the screenshots in a folder and flip through them looking for what I want. First I bred my two best potential horses. Their foals had high realized potential but the absolute potential never got near the top and they were lackluster on the track too so I dropped them. Next I bred my two highest Cruising Burst horses. I got two nice runners out of that pairing and they have since made the export barn. Next up I bred my two highest Extra Speed Rating horses. Again I got two nice runners out of it including the record holder in the screenshots here. I will breed the other highest bars (or lowest depending on the stat) including also the main accel/speed/stam/start bars and then breed the foals from these in hopes of eventually creating superhorse.

looking at the times that horse has done on other tracks for a mile its must be a bug as he is quick on other tracks but not 1;28! Qucik!

Yes about 10 seconds faster than normal

Post subject:  Re: SO6 (Beta) World Record Times

The times when my horses have won have been under 2.30 but its still 7 seconds quicker than that.

I have also seen a crazy time at Melbourne 3.12 for Melbourne cup when its normally around 3.28 to 3.30. And Deauville for various distances

It seems like the foreign courses in the uk game are producing freak times every now and then. Might be some bug but I think it may be hard to replicate and thus fix.

The only way for the records to continue is to remove all records where the time is way below the average for a course. A new record would need to include the past race history times for a race. If it is way below the norm then needs to be ignored like my japan cup time and probably my 6f time as well.

Or you might just want to start again and only include all records that have a race history where the time is not way below the norm so these bug / freak times can be ignored.
