I dont think 123 can be beat using the default schedule

but if you have created your own schedule with more g1 opportunities naturally
horses have a better chance of getting much higher ratings

I try and do this with my 2yos. Normally the ones i name after current R/L 2yos are donkeys lol

Probably a stupid question to most, but how can you tell which races which grant a higher rating increase?

Got to say i have a horse who is the same, winning everything, all the top races but his rating isn't getting quite as high as id have thought!
Maybe like in real life it takes in to consideration time, the distance it won and the quality of opposition for the year?

Though when i think of it my filly Star So Bright, won the fillies mile by 9 1/2 lengths which would disregard part of my point! Her time wasnt godly though. Was like a small bit under standard!

you have to also counter in the quality of the field too

Strictly speaking any horse that has ran in an Australian 2yo race and then ran in a Northern Hemisphere 2yo race should be automatically barred. It's literally impossible, just saying.

Indeed however in the context of the game, 2yo's are 2yo's no matter what country they run in, and in the UK game they all age on the 1st of January (or whenever your schedule start date is).

That 2yo is quality, my only other issue is the reality of starting in G2s

I know your doing it for a ratings purpose but it never happens!
