Was it to rectify stuck Potential bar on horses?
If so, does this require a new start, or will it be implemented into an existing save.
I ask this, because I have a large number of horses which have not moved on their potential bar for a year or more. If the fix doesn't require a new start then that is fine, I just need to know whether I need to re-start. The save I am using is going back to a game I starter in December 18, so you can understand why I am asking
If I don't need to re-start then I can rest assured that a batch of my horses which are not improving on their potential are either extremely late bloomers, or would be better of walking around country roads
