I always run any decent looking 2yos (going by the stats/bars) at least 2 or 3 times. My retained jockey will almost always jump on them on the first entry but unless they were placed he then refuses the 2nd entry and I have to employ another jockey. I want and have sacked them over this and found the newly retained jockey does the same thing yet the sacked jockey is now happy to ride them. He shouldn't have an option unless he already has a ride, he works for me whilst I pay him a retainer fee! |
