 SOT8 horses have had a dramatic rating deduction

Post SOT8 horses have had a dramatic rating deduction
On my SOT game,a!l hoses including legend horses have had a vast ratings reduction.Example Mill Reef from a rating of 140 to a reduction to 57.My stable horses have had a rating deduction to less than 25C,an anyone advise please?
