Stickied at the top of this page: Explanation about who might be able to use the editor and legal things: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=9671Brief guide: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=9672If you've read these and still don't get it then apologies, maybe someone else can help. If you haven't read them then its a start.

Re: How do i work the editor?
Make sure u don't play around with a original course because if u make a mess of it u stuck with a track that won't work. Copy and paste a course and play around with it.

Re: How do i work the editor?
Mark does explain this in the second link if you read it though. Seems very long winded though, not something I'd like to sit a do!

robsonaa wrote: Thanks Ghostzapper74 how do you create a new one? U need to read the the brief editor guide on top. I've forgot exactly( it's been 6 months since I done it) but u have to take a pic of the course on google earth at the right distance as u overlay and use that as a guide. It's takes a lot of time to work things out.

Re: How do i work the editor?
Go to Google maps this is Hereford https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@52.07058 ... a=!3m1!1e3 you must make sure its 500ft Bottom right Corner if its say 1000m just click it to change to feet and zoom in and out until its 500ft press Print Screen and open up Paint and click paste and save image Name it then again paste it again but this time Click Crop and just crop the Scale bar at the bottom so its like this i=========I click to Resize then click Pixels this will give you your Scale Size say 114 make a note then close paint without saving find your Photo say Hereford click to open with Paint and then click Flip Image once done save it as OVERLAY your ready to now use your Editor open it up click Overlay browse your pictures for your photo named Overlay and load then click Save and save as Hereford.map this is now your course you want to make you will now have to close Editor then reopen the Editor and click Load the editor should take you back to where the Hereford.map was saved click to load now click Scale now type in your scale say 114 and enter it will now save and you are now ready to build your course. I know I haven't tried hard enough but I have tried with no success.
Would someone kindly do a video tutorial outlining most of the steps?
Huge ask but hoped some one would do an idiots guide.....yes I'm an idiot!!!
Thanks

Re: How do i work the editor?
That would be fantastic Gray.
I know it could take a long time to do so maybe do it in parts if you have to...maybe 10 min segments over 2 or 3 weeks so you don't get overwhelmed.
But what ever is comfortable for you.
Cheers
John
