Claiming Prices
Hi,
New to the Game
I read a previous post that if you set your horse value at £99,999 on the day of the claiming race and then it wins, this would be the value the horse goes to auction at. I must be doing something wrong, as I did the above and when the horse won the race it went to auction at £4,000 and I couldn't afford to buy it back. Can someone please tell me if I am doing something wrong and what I actually do?
I don't want to enter anymore horses into claiming races until I understand this better.
Thank you so much in advance

Re: Claiming Prices
enter the horse first then click on horse and enter price in box and click on aution horse again but if you put in £99,999 you may put buyers off and they just wont bid

Re: Claiming Prices
Or add the price AFTER it's won the race. I normally just put in £999,999 and nobody will bid. But you have to do it after the race or the game will override it I think.
