Panama breaks his maiden tag by showing some form for the first time this season.

Great to get a win over the jumps again, it had been too long.

Thanks to all involved, roll on next week

Finally my first Group 1 win in the Prix Morny. Been a long time coming, was cursing my luck a few races before in the Nassau.

Great effort on the Comms Doug, you put in a real shift this weekend!

Wish I backed it 50w instead of 23ew :-)

You had more faith in your namesake than me Doug, I backed Grays horse :)
I think the heavy going made all the difference!

Matt

Another lousy week on the flat until....Boom! 4 winners on Wednesday. Don't think I have ever had 4 winners in a week before let alone 1 day. Amazing 1 day saved a whole season for me. Like last year getting in the top ten in wins will make me more than happy. My other goal is to have all my horses earn some sort of purse money - only 2 left on that front.

My jumps team was horrendous this week. My horses love to finish 9th.

Congrats on the Group 1 Cairnsy. My only hope for one this year is a group 1 handicap at the end of the year.

Don't worry about Aussie Dougie - he's the real deal - and bog or flint track will make no difference.
Now let's win the National ;-) lol

Just one in the money as Tobago finished 4th over a trip a little on the short side. He is still well handicapped for the rest of the season.

Thanks to all for your hard work again this weekend

Only a few placers for me today with The Drone Train running a big race in the 2yo handicap and Zeo returning to form with a 4th in the 2m5f chase at Cheltenham. Tanahashi has been very consistent of late and wouldn't be surprised to see him give it a right go at the festival. NH ratings for day 1 will be up within the hour.

3 winners for me with Kingdom of the Isles going from go to woah as Doug said on the flat. May regret running him though as was well handicapped for the Melbourne cup.

Compensatio Morae won well again and have a nice dilemma for the champion hurdles as have Enter Sandman as well.

It definitely seems as if flat suits race handy types and NH hold up horses. My hold up horses aren't even getting close on the flat, although they just may not be good enough.

Congrats to all the winners. Cheltenham next should be a good week
