Stewards Decision.

I have this weekend Banned Trainer Hans Jones from running horses for the rest of Season the trainers horse files was found to have illegal Breeding lines these files where NOT tampered with in anyway but clearly used the Legend Horses FRANKEL and BLACK CAVIAR in his breeding program he as also been found Guilty of running horses that didn't belong to him.

Mark was sent the files in the week and confirmed the horse files themselves have not been tampered with but explained if someone was using a mode schedule a while ago he or she might obtained them by having loads of Sellers and Claimers or had a corrupted game.

He Hans also explained he was using someones horses that wasn't playing in the league again this is against League Rules it is required by all Trainers who want to play in the League it is NOT ALLOWED to use other peoples horses in any other way.

I have Given him a ban for rest of the season has for races Hans have won this weekend he won 4 races these races Have been Re Run list below but i have not re run races he was placed has i find this unfair to the trainers who won the race fairly.

Hans has been honest enough to admit to these offences i don't believe he did it on purpose but more in ignorance of League Rules below is his statement to me.

I got those through new game. It just randomly appeared in my yard when I started a new game since mine got corrupted. I then overlapped a friends save so I could run my horses against his and again it threw in legends.

As for the jumps, I just target those trips. The runners I put in usually needed visor or blinkers to get the shorter trip as they aren't great at their breeding distances. Half of them are transferred from a friends save since he isn't joining the league and has given permission to use them.

It's great to see that the systems in check to make sure the league is run clean did their job.

It was John (Ghost) bought it to my attention after week 1 races he checked Hans Horse files because of the way he started the League being a new Trainer has the Horse File was Not Tampered with it was not detected I then looked at all his horse files and sent them to Leon who Passed them on to Mark to check.

Has everyone knows the Lineage is downloaded with the horse file and the e-mail the horse belongs to.
