Ive just downloaded and installed, the Start it International update, both files.
when i tried to restart a new save, i get this error message
LIB:FATAL ERROR fatal description too long max 32 chrs

any ideas please.
also should install all the start it updates from the start to the latest?

To let you know i unstalled the so6, and restalled the complete Start It updates (from the start).
I then update the latest patch, i then tried to start a new save, with the UK game.
Click to start the game, and it crash again, with the same Catterick error as in the last post.
Have any idea what to do, to sort out the error, as i have no idea, being a complete novice.

You are using to many Characters in the Name of the Race Totescoop6 Catterick Dash Handicap This is 33 Characters with spaces 1 too many put what I have done below into your .dat for the UK Data this mean you will have to Highlight and cut out whats in yours and copy and paste what I put below in place in my Schedule I have it on October 15th so that is where you will find it I expect in yours if not just change the date.


Replace yours with these below in each .dat folder in your Data UK folder

how do i install the sales file do i need to install the rest of the data files?

Just about done with a 2017 US Schedule - it was delayed due to both personal reasons and major changes to this year's schedule.

Some differences in this schedule:
-Remove of Les Bois and Sacramento feature races, both which won't run races this year (courses still in game, no feature races).
-Rearrangement of Summer stakes schedule so that Del Mar and Saratoga have accurate dates (not merged meetings due to lack of room).
-Addition of the Maryland Invitational, a $500,000 12f turf race in September that may be revived this year at Laurel (orginally Washington DC International).
-Addition of the Pegasus World Cup.
-Breeders Cup at Del Mar for 2017.
-Smarter Preps for Races (one local prep for major races, state bred races prepped at major tracks).
-Full Grade One preps.

I am finishing up prepping the schedule today and then will run a few days of tests. Also will be recreating my Saratoga as I think it is in dire need of an update. After that, I will release the 2017 Schedule (projecting this Friday).

Can someone point me in the right direction of which files I have to download? The first 4 links on the first page? Do I need to download any other original files?

I was wondering the same, Luke when I downloaded and it seems you only need those 4 files. Put them directly into your SO6 folder. I put them into the Data, 3D, GFX folders first and this didn't work for me.

I don't have all the jockeys silks though? Anyone know what I need to download to get these in the game?

This is my first post in this forum for probably more than two years (haven't played the game very much in that time either, as real life got extremely busy!).

Really impressed to see how much this mod has progressed since I was last here. I've just started building my own new 2017 worldwide schedule from scratch, but I'm definitely going to make use of your US tracks, as they're really impressive.

EDIT: Tried to have a look at all the courses again. All seem fine, apart from Santa Anita, which always crashes every time I try to view a race there. I was using the data from the 3.5 courses folder at first, so tried reverting back to the data in the 2.34 one, but still getting the same issue.

1. My game keeps crashing whenever I go to Santa Anita Park

2. I don't see the sales schedule as an option when I load the game.

Can anyone help me with this please? Especially with #1.
