Re: Breeding stallions
It is those stats but for the computer breeding stallions, not just your own. As I said didn't know if it was suppose to be viewable for non owned horses. Didn't mention when I found it a few months back in case it was removed. It helps a little with your breeding in easy mode when you are only a casual player with out lots of time to mass breed. But don't mind saying now so everybody will know. Don't think it would be possible on league mode because secondary stats don't show.

Re: Breeding stallions
Paul On the screenshot you showed.......click on the Adeus Ayrton sire link at top left. So long as the sire is still active the stats will change to reflect the sire.

Re: Breeding stallions
So if you put any of the computer bloodlines into your horses you get to see there secondary stats.
This is like a way of gaining knowledge through breeding. So think it should remain in game as a feature.

Re: Breeding stallions
Now I know I can’t resist the temptation to look , trouble is not sure if it will take the edge off the unknown part of breeding but at least it will save me millions wasted on what is meant to be the best stallions only to end up giving me donkeys

Re: Breeding stallions
i'm glad it is out in the open now, hopefully it will stay in the game as you don't have to use this tool

Re: Breeding stallions
For non league play, i can't see any reason why this can't be kept in. Mark will obviously have the final say, but being someone who doesn't play the league and only dips in for an hour at a time due to work and home life etc, this can only help get a little bit extra out of the game
Had a little play around with this yesterday, put 80 fillies and mares with the best 80 sires in the game and to be honest on checking the stats of said sires, they were all awful and certainly wouldn't improve your bloodlines.

Re: Breeding stallions
I Fully agree anything should be allowed for non league play as its your game and what you do wont effect others so should be kept

Re: Breeding stallions
I think this only shows in easy mode as my normal level game does not show the secondary stats.
Wondering if this was one of the things Mark did to make the breeding more straight forward at easy level. I prefer not to see these stats from game bred horses and work it out for myself, or breed from my own colts, so am happy to stay at normal level.

Re: Breeding stallions
I've checked and you can do it in the hardest level. I too thought it might just be part of the game in easy.

Re: Breeding stallions
Sorry to see that being able to see secondary stats form from horses that you have breed with as now been removed. I believe it was viewable unintentionally but it added to single player non-league games. Least you had an idea of what stats you may get against all the random breeding elements. Would have been nice to have the option, could it not have been a toggle on game setup. Least that way gives the player control instead of forcing to play without view. Seems that you make game easier for players who want to play league mode with easier breeding and now viewable stats but increase difficulty of non-league players. As said would be nice to be able to set game up to suit player in "offline" mode.
