Re: Online League Team
You need to delete the old kit before the new one works, doubt it is that simple but worth mentioning.

Jango wrote: Sorry Guys but i couldnt keep Dropbox going with no income. I don't think you need the paid version. When I stopped race running I changed back over to the free version of dropbox. Recently I have been editing video flyovers of my local golf course and all I do is un-sync dropbox, so that files are not automatically uploaded or downloaded. The video files are stored on my compter in a non dropbox folder. To upload these files to the golf clubs dropbox, the pro version, I use my web browser to open the golf clubs dropbox and just drag and drop from my folder to golf clubs folder. So when Gray allocates the races just copy the horse files to your computer, run races as normal, and then drag and drop the results back to Grays dropbox.

Re: Online League Team
Happy to help if you need Gray although obviously I am not an experienced race runner and so would need to get up to speed.
Given the amount of comms i'll need to do I can probs only spare 1-2 hours.

Re: Online League Team
Taking on both rolls is a major commitment I would advise against. Flat races take about 10 mins to run with moving files naming and uploads etc, jumps take 20+, your normally getting around 8 races of each per week, 4hrs is an average time required.

Hey Josh
Thanks for the heads up - you’re right in that case, doing both would be too much. I didn’t realise how long it took - hope you can find some more race runners!

Re: Online League Team
The race kit does not run well on my laptop as I tried last weekend, so it does need a reasonably high speed machine to run at speed, it gets worse the more horse files that are in the export folder, with around 20 there is no noticeable issue but make that 50 or 100 and it takes and age to do anything.
