welcome back gray sorry to hear of your recent illness will try and put some horses in at some point over the months ahead been absent myself for family reasons look forward to racing against u and the fellas with my small stable soon

Does this mean that I can upload horses this Friday and enter them for the first week, then they reopen on 5th of November and I have until the 11th of November to reupload more horses for the 2nd week? Or am I not allowed to upload them between the 5th and 11th?
