I'd say yes bit I'm not in charge , I can't see a so8 league until 26.

- Hardcore mode. This is the SO7 breeding model. Turning OFF now attempts to compromise between the realistic breeding model progression difficulty introduced in SO7 and the older breeding model (pre SO7) which provided less of a challenge.

Don't know what "attempts to compromise" means. Does it mean what we have now or something else?

Be available rather then 90% of people doing the results and then ctrl alt del to get a huge forecast in??

Hahhaaha yes years ago there was a money app you opened up before the game and once starters orders was running you clicked on stable finance and was able to change your money figures to anything you wanted. I’m pretty sure that was phased out in older versions but I just don’t see for the league why we can’t just have a unlimited money option at start so we don’t have to compromise game saves by the CTRL ALT DEL option. No one for league play anyway has an advantage with money

Hello mate, I’m good thanks. Tried to get back into last league but feel the lines are way to advanced for a new player to join and be competitive after 6-7 weeks. So will wait for starters orders 8! Looking forward to it .

Yes it was money art, I just don’t see any league only player that wants to start with no money and build. That for me would be the game side of it and the league is all about getting the barn up straight away.

I also struggled with the schedules, I only have time to focus on a couple of distances but when l changed my schedules to focus say on 5f and 6f races l somehow could never get foreign horses in my game. So then gave myself a disadvantage as having no foreign horses to breed from in barn and p felt French horses was always where the speed full bar horses where. Just my opinion so will hopefully be able to get someone to help me with new schedules in new game

I have a couple of schedules specifically set up to breed league horses. There are races from all over the world in the flat schedule and because of this there are many sires in the barn from all over the world.

The zip file has three parts, the schedules, the modified feature races folder that goes in the SO7 mods folder and just in case you don't already use them, a set of increment bars.

All the schedules can be edited using windows Notepad.

This is probably obvious but don't have your own horses win all the feature races at a specific distance or a specific country if you want foreign horses in the barn,

U don't need foreign horses on the flat, I only used a US game but created extra distance races because otherwise the AI wouldn't give any long distance horses out. U certainly need foreign horses over jumps because the starting home stallions are totally garbage.

I agree about not needing foreign horses. I did use a couple early on in my save but only because they had the best bars.

I created both my flat and NH schedules with loads of longer distance races. Even in a UK based schedule there are not enough top class feature races over the longer distances.

After about 25 - 30 seasons and I have my breeding lines established I rarely use gamebred stallions in the barn. The ones I do use have some of my stallions in their bloodlines, usually two or three generations back.

If you're playing a UK based flat game, an don't use the foreign horses in the first 20 odd seasons, you may as well scrap the game. They give you by far the best Construction Kit horses, an in my experience, they have more of the 'good' stats in these seasons

UK horses can give you it too, but there are just more Foreign horses supplying it in the first 20-25 seasons. After this, the good Foreign horses practically just disappear, an the UK ones still appear, but not often.

Beyond 20 odd seasons the foreign horses practically become useless.
