HI GUYS GOT THE BUG BACK
Hi guys, well title should explain that lm going to return and give this game a bash again. Only thing is l need some help. Im just going through the daily auctions to try and find some good base horses but can anyone help. I totally forgot how to export these horses and keep them all at the same age and then when l have a few good ones transfer them back in and send to breeding. Someone point me in the right direction please.
Windows 7 by the way
Mike

Errrm I believe you'd click 'transfer to game pool' on the horse screen. It will go to the transfer page at the end of the year and age 1 year (i.e 2yo-3yo) and you can transfer it back into a game at any time and it won't have aged since you put it in the pool. Might not be what you're asking though!

That means you need to stick in a course picture in that location and name is 5.png!
That'll sort your problem Mike.

Yes l will always use this to save time, l think without artmoney its very hard to even think about getting a league horse unless you got unlimited time but the fact you know what it is suggests you used it too

Haha I've used it once...
I like to just start on easy, sell all the horses but the highest rated then run them 'take the reins' in sellers for a few months and just smash them up in betting at massive odds then sell at end of season and start buying in 2yo auctions from the 2nd season onwards Take's about same amount of time to be fair

i think the game should be played on hard always. just my opinion but i think the game horses are better on hard difficulty

Apparently the games horses level will never change; easy, normal or hard - it's just easier to spot the better horses when played on easy.
I'd like to know an indefinate answer though...
Also, i've noticed people saying they've been going to the auctions. Do they mean the 2yo start of season auction or going to the daily ones? I've never really bought, or even paid attention, to the daily auctions unless i'm buying the horse back in my first season.

You can get very good game horses at the daily auction, just go to watch the races on big race days and you can get a G1 horse which has been out of form.
Also i sometimes buy horses at the end of the season 2yo auctions but only ones over 400k.
I recently got a excellent 4m4f horse from there which his in my stable now, he will be going for the Grand National.
I would say the best time to go into the daily auction his in your first 15/20 seasons of playing the game, gives you a great base for your bloodlines.
