SHOCKING.
All last season flat cast offs so not surprised, a couple will probably be good enough to pick up a handicap if placed correctly, the rest wouldn't even make tesco value dog food.

Well I thought mine were donkeys and they certainly didn't let me down!!

Ever the pessimistic analyst, I had 18 runners and a total of 221 horses beat mine. Can anyone beat that!!

Somehow Flames And Stars fluked a 3rd place in the 3m5 race so thats my Welsh National plan ruined for him!! Other highlights included 3 seventh places!! Woohoo!!

Since I last played properly you guys have raised the bar to incredible heights, well done all competitors (except The Duke who should be disqualified from the league for blantantly putting far too much time and effort into being so bloody good).

Thanks also to the league admin guys - you are heroes.

Now, when do those lovely handicap races start...........

Paul

You have to take the good side of things mate even tho they look bleak right now. I had my best horse pull up after 1f!! You have to look at it that all your horses will be given realistic hcap marks and in the NH am sure a couple can get in the money with right placement

Well done to all winners and placers, Thanks to all who made these races possible.

Certainly was not expecting so many horse to run this well when they are flat horses that did not make the cut, Hurdles seem to be where my horses had by far there better finishes, the chase horses over distance trailed in a long way behind there fields, did not jump well at all far to many mistakes. Should be able to pick up a few races this season hopefully.

Absolutely floored at how well some of my horses did, especially after a dismal showing in the preseason trials. Picked up 3 wins, and 3 seconds, and I would have been happy to just hit the board in a race or 2 as these are all flat horses who couldn't cut it. Most impressed by Sliver Charm, who was a G1 winner on the flats last season. He looked very strong winning a 2m 6f chase. Big shot out to The Duke who cleaned house!

1 winner, 3 seconds, 3 thirds and a fourth. The ground was probably too lively for a lot of mine.

Paris (8) Found the going too lively. Didn't finish far off them but never really threatened.

Top Center
(4) Ran on well without ever threatening. May have to step her up in distance but will be competing in the mare races.

Puff Adder (7) Pleasing run as she got outpaced and needs softer ground. Will be seen in better light over an extra furlong.

Hard Drive (11) Jumped poorly and ran a shocker. Will be well handicapped but I don't think that will be any help.

Wop Bam Boogie
(8) Another who ran poorly. Thereabouts and then faded. Handicaps call.

Sanctions (2) Tried hard to win the Leon van Rensburg maiden. Moved through the field well and cruised up to the winner and then found nothing. Was well clear of the second though and the Duke's horse Hurricane Soul looks top class.

Wells Fargo (3) Jumped well but left with too much to do. Will be better over an extra furlong.

Rumours (12) One paced never threatening always in midfield run. Handicaps.

Manifest (2) Unsuited by the slow pace. Ran on strongly but couldn't get to the winner.

Dothraki (3) Took it up with 8 furlongs to go and quickened clear approaching the home straight. Just ran out of it at the finish and will win races ridden with a bit more restraint.

Conversation Piece (1) Won impressively. Near the rear early but cruised through the field to take it up a furlong out forging clear to win by 4 lengths. Conditions were almost ideal though and might find the Gold Cup too short but could be a lively contender especially if the ground is soft.

Special Trade (8) Disappointing. Moved up to challenge and found nothing. He is better than this I hope.

Soothsayer (10) Always outpaced. Will struggle this season.

Self reflection (2) Ran on well to grab second. Probably better over slightly further. Mare hurdle races beckon.

Overture (3) Brilliant run. Settled in the rear and ran on well weaving through the field to finish 3rd. The winner Let Love Shine looks special but Overture needs another furlong and softer ground. Expecting big things from her this season.

Bring to Life (8) Mistakenly entered in a chase. Ignore the run she is a hurdler.

Witchcraft (10 ) Always midfield. Got outpaced before running on. May be better over further. But am unsure what her best distance is and whether she is a hurdler or chaser.

Ruling Entity (6) Loomed up to threaten but then got outpaced. Needs further and softer ground.

Consistent (6) Ran ok. Needs the extra furlong.

All in all pleased with mine. Going to be competitive this season and have uploaded better. Watch out for Walkaway who is a potential star

Just watched the races after reinstalling the game, wow this was exciting, congrats to the winners, am proud of a 5th and 7th place as a newcomer with just 12 horses in the NHC. Now while CK runs again I will try to upload some more for week 2. looking forward to the flat races!

Got up this morning eager to view the races. Downloaded races put them in correct folder. Started game, race builder, view races and the game crashes. Tried about 20 times with no luck. CK works fine, game works fine but when I click on view races the game stops. Installed the game from scratch and the same thing happens. So frustrated by this, anyone got any ideas what this could be? N  othing else running in the background.

Not sure if my game would've crashed because I had deleted all the races in the folder before hand. However I don't have any NH horses so I only put 1 race in the folder to have a look anyway.

We (Ricky andI) only had two runners.

Book of Democracy brilliant in fourth including two terrible mistakes.

Out of the Ordinary ran well for a long way before absolutely clobbering a couple no chance after but confident of a bold show in the National off a feather weight - providing he jumps well.

Congrats all winners and placers.
