Re: Dubai world cup night
What I mean is his likely target is the Kentucky derby, depending on how he runs today. I wasn't meaning he has him in it just a precaution.

Re: Dubai world cup night
dear me what a tragic fall that was, very sensible idea abandoning the race and thats from a guy who had good money on opinion poll!

Re: Dubai world cup night
It is very interesting that both of the major broken legs in races have been trained by al zarooni, as well as blue bunting and gamilati with their leg injuries. Word in Newmarket is that he overtrains them. Looked similar to rewinding. They shouldn't b running these high class races on this ground.

Bingo. Shouldn't have led, a head case, couldn't stay the trip. Why he was in this race I don't know, would've had a much better chance in the mile.

Re: Dubai world cup night
Will be interested to see if O'B sends daddy long legs to the Kentucky derby or brings him back to Britain. Wrote ran well, hope he comes back to Britain. Helmet, massive horse, but poor ride from mcevoy, would have thought he would do better after the time he spent in Britain, looked like it had some pace about it if he rode it differently.

Pleased to see Monsieur joe got 4th in the al quoz, I have been following him through the winter, he has now beaten prohibit three times, once on level weights and it now means Robert Cowell has two top class sprinters in his yard

Re: Dubai world cup night
Dubai gold cup has been rescheduled for 7:25 BST, but connections of horses are free to pull out, I imagine getting their money back as well.
