Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
Some up and some down.
Drum Taps 5th, a poor last run but has been a Star for 2 seasons. Cezanne 0, a second shocking run now sailing of into the sunset. Land of Dreams 2nd so much speed and yet the jocks want to kick on so early, so frustrating. Moon Madness 1st, had a great battle with Jamie's horse. Sun Princess 0, trainer should be shot for entering a 1m2 horse over 1m4, I had a shocker. Miesque 3rd, another lovely run from her.

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
William Strider (11th) - Weakened badly from a furlong out Milth (2nd) - Another furlong and she would have won, excellent run off top weight
Only the 2 runners today, next 2 days are full my lowly handicappers

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
R1 Somnambulist (7th) - raced too keen early and didn't get home. R2 Hanging Garden (8th) - ran a stinker. worst run of the season. R4 Scriptwriter (11th) - outclassed. R6 Scripture (2nd) - given too much to do. just failed to catch the winner. R8 Hands On The Clock (6th) - never got into the race. given a poor ride.

Will keep an eye on this over the next couple of weeks but didn't have time after flying back on Friday and then working Sat to check.

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
R11 Tombstone (1st) - decent performer at this level and won well. R12 Boom Boom (5th) - wasn't good enough. R15 Cry Me A River (5th) - solid effort. wasn't beaten far but could have done with a stiffer track or an extra 1f. R17 Happy Ranger (12th) - what a race to produce a career worst effort in. R20 Hedgeley Road (6th) - really poor effort.
well done to all winners and placers.

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
Sweet Luna (10th) - A good run was expected but she got injured and finished last Rehearsal Hall (6th) - Only beat 1 home but was not far away from the winner William Butler (1st) - The trip was stretching him but he JUST held on the AW Mile Final. Biggest ever win on the flat. Delighted Too Much William (6th) - Faded tamely in the final furlong in the same race Liquid Luna (2nd) - A frontrunner who missed the break. Excellent run considering but if only.... Moohimm (2nd) - Back in handicap company and performs well again in the AW Xtreme final. 3 great performances today with the pick being William Butler making it 2 in a row. My best flat victory, actually my largest prize on either code. It's been a brilliant flat season for me so far. Maybe I'll have a couple competitive in Australia Well done to all winners and placers
