Post Re: My Best Ck Times
only got about a dozen milers pj first trial I ran was 1.36.8 but the winner is a monkey (pink triangle 8/10 times) been unable to replicate that round about the 1.37.3/4 mark. gone back to sprinters as I managed to copy and paste over my hdb sprinters (thought I was being clever seperating them).

Trialling my 2 year olds to see who is best for the graded races and got this. Seem to have much quicker than last season over 5 and 6f as well. Under 59 for a 2 year old at ascot for example. Is that because the times are quicker in so6.

Leon it's something wrong with those times, the first 2 furlongs the same as the next two.

Thought it was too good to be true a 2 year old running quicker than any of my horses have ever run in the ck over 7f.

no I have only played 11 seasons but have found a full jumping ability potential and full jumping speed potential bar. Will only start up jumps when I have got further along and horses can be trialled in ck with a folder system.

Still a bit wary of a restart as well

Post Re: My Best Ck Times
While I haven't started a jumps game yet, I have run some jumps trials using my older flat horses.
Every time I run a hurdle trial the ck defaults to wanting to run the next race on the flat, even on jumps only tracks. Strange thing is if I go ahead and run the race it's over hurdles, but if I make sure hurdles is selected it runs the race as a chase . If I use a dual purpose track the same thing happens only it sometimes runs the race on the level when it reverts to flat and when I select hurdles it could be run as anything. One way to get round this problem is to use alternate courses, run the first trial at cheltenham, the second one at kempton, then cheltenham, then kempton etc. or just use a different track for every trial.
I have also found that the ck crashes repeatedly when trialling hurdlers. I have not been able to run more than 5 hurdle trials in a row without the ck crashing.

Chase trials seem to be ok as long as you don't mix and match. Throw in a hurdle trial and the ck is likely to crash sooner rather than later.

ah splits are all wrong are you on latest version Leon

I think if there was going to be another restart it would have happened by now
if there was another now would put most people off entering the lge
i know i have put a shed load of work into my milers mile4 horses exclusively worked on them last month or more
starting from scratch again would be hard to take but suppose we have been warned

Latest version no mods. The times are all crazy in SO6 at present. Really hard to decide what horses to breed with. Ran 1.06 In Dubai for 6f last night which seems really quick, ( and its 2 seconds quicker than the time in the records ) am also going sub 57 in game for 5f often. I'm in my 11th season, but have a better start than I have ever had in any of the SO games, as my times even when they are not freak are really quick. That's in the game and for 2 year old trials ( I trial them to find the best 2 year old's and thus speed up the process of entering 2 year old's in feature races )

Wondering if its my game that has gone all weird or if I just have quick horses. The 7f time was obviously some sort of bug but still running sub 1.23 which is quicker than I ever had older horses go in other SO games, and 5f in the 58's, 6f' under 1.11 for 2 year old's seems really fast to me. A bit too fast after 11 seasons and that's the worry.
