This happens when using chrome browser, I switched to firefox and it works fine.

Delete works fine in Chrome. Could be the cache is not loading the correct page. Try deleting your cache for Tom and refreshing page. I haven't tested internet explorer though as I don't have it

Was just wondering if anyone would be able to tell me why, when i log into my TOM account, it says unauthorised? Changed my password multiple times, but to no avail.

You have two accounts Adam one with silks one with no silks I will remove the one without silks then you might be able to sign in?

You have 2 accounts with the same username. I have added a 1 to the gmail account username. You should now be able to change your password. Do you want me to delete one of the accounts
