I am clicking on the link to the opening post on this thread and still nothing.

If I go into nominations and click on 'Day One, Race One' a list of my horses comes up lol and so forth for each race.

I don't know why I know internet explorer takes a bit of time to load in I use firefox and the browser loads everything faster what browser you on Doug.

At my shop TOM wasn't 100% opening on IE. Am at home now and opened TOM on Windows 10 and it fully opened.....even the count down clock was working. (it didn't on IE)

Sorry I don't possess any version of IE to test tom on. It should work on edge chrome Firefox safari opera and should show an unsupported browser error for an old version of IE but I have no way of checking it. Will check the unsupported browser code

One of my uploaded horses in my NH Stable I have inadvertently said is a Gelding and is a Colt or Stallion. I cannot edit this as Tom wont let me do it. If I also want to change some horses I uploaded I also cant delete any that have ran before (last season) and upload a different one, is there a way around this please?

Unfortunately this is still an issue, I tried uploading the horse again but the pop-uo window said he had already been uploaded but he doesn't appear in my stable.

can you email me the horse file so I can see what the issue is leonvanrensburg at yahoo dot com. I need the horse file to see what the issue is. What age horse are you trying to upload as you have the 6YO from last season so Sphinx would need to be 7, but in any case it shouldn't say uploaded successfully if it hasn't uploaded

I have sent the file but I know what the issue is, it's a different horse with the same name. Both are gamebreds from completely different games.

I have changed things so you can upload the horse. I don't get the message horse uploaded successfully though I get the message that the horse has already been uploaded message. Are you sure you got successfully uploaded message as the upload should fail

Hi guys

Returning from a long long lay off and very rusty! I have three queries:

1) I've entered two 4yo jumps horses but chose "open" for their category rather than novice. I presume "novice" would mean they were eligible for Juvenile races?
Is this something you can rectify? The horses in question are Indian Slam and Luck Or Money.

2) I forgot about resetting any ratings, do I need to delete all horses, reset and re-upload? If so, I'm not going to have time to do this

3) I've uploaded a horse which was called Vito's Girl - it would not let me upload due to a bad character so I removed the apostrophe - is this ok?
