Re: The New Stars.
New Gold Cup horse FORT LAUDERDALE a real gutsy type and as you can see non of my 3m Chasers are in sight he is classy and hopefully will add a few winners to my average jumps team. Also will be adding a few 2 milers but hard to judge how good they will be coz my current 2 milers completely stink. Happy Christmas Everyone

Re: The New Stars.
Family Tree 2 Mile chaser who is superior to anything i have but that still does not guarantee he will be a grade one class horse high hopes for him Queen Mother will be his obvious target
Fort Lauderdale New Gold Cup horse who is also decent at 3miles very gutsy type as mentioned above. Penndragon has been axed to make room for him she has been very disapointing since her maiden win in week 1.
Poker Hontis 3 Mile novice chaser but she wont get much further hopefully she will win races and her main target will be the RSA but may be a tall order for her id be happy with a graded win The Evaluator has been axed to make room for her.
Sir Alexander Graham Bell Classy bumper horse who loves to front run and takes alot of passing but his running style can sometimes leave him vulnerable in the final stages of a race it was clear after Batton Rouge's last 2 runs he was never going to be good enough so hoping Alex can become a leading player in the champion bumper.
Coffee Dee London Last Years Grand National Hero is back and off a rating of 144 has a chance with Ettrick Mill already rated 150 i'm sure there are others already higher rated my plan is to get a my national number 2 & 3 The Long Goodbye (118) and Lord Vader (124) as high as possible in the ratings to give Coffee every chance of defending his title Coffee De London will go straight for the National.
Other retirements - Shanghai Gaysha (2MH) Fast Eddie (2MC) Tangled (Bumper No2)

Re: The New Stars.
I've done some real fast breeding due to going away tomorrow and my flat squad will be a bit fuller , not sure how good they will be because I've not bred any milers or mile and half horses in nearly two years . I've got shot of 4 of my two mile hurdlers , something went wrong with breeding them this season. I wanted front runners but they ran awful in the league and so i went back to breeding last seasons hurdlers and they beat them easily but i have no idea how good they will be.
I was looking at my breeding for my 1m2f dirt horse called Illiad , he has 4 (Monashee - Shady Heights- Espisito- Za Approval) group1 league winners in his pedigree and so he has a lot to live up to though his form in my trials were very up and down.
One of my better flat horses should be 6 furlong Janes Rose, 3 group1 winners on her mums side but none on her dads side.
I've entered a front runner/pacemaker in my team called Ghost Bay, he'll run as a pacemaker in 1m2 to 1m4 furlong races. He probably has just about the highest bars any of my flat team has but was not a great horse so i thought i would have bit of fun with him and when he's not pace making he'll probably run in h'caps to try and win one.

Ettrick Mill is almost certainly going to be transferred out. A rating of 150 on the back of two narrow wins in races that weren't even top races means I doubt he could win again. There are no races for him to run in until the National or that G1 at Cheltenham. He is not a G1 horse and giving weight to the previous winner on the National hardly seems right. If I find enough better horses to bring in then sadly he will have to go.

Re: The New Stars.
Not sure there are too many stars coming in for me, a few decent flat horses worked out and a prospect/experimental jump line being aged and exported as we speak.

Re: The New Stars.
Well then, either the race kit is screwing with me again, or my entire jump team, aside from the 2m chasers, has just taken a huge leap forward, guess we shall find out in week six. Write up of ins and outs to follow.

Example im trialing brand new leger horses and NEWSROUND the leger winner from 2 seasons back has dominated the trials yet when i bred Jackanowsky and Jackie Chan she was lengths behind them in every trial so the CK is no longer on my xmas card list I mean how can you judge horses when a horse bred 2 years ago all of a sudden pops up and dominates your current league horses and classy new breds grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr funny thing is when i trial the next batch she will prob bomb again thats just how the CK is working.

Re: The New Stars.
It is beyond frustrating, in theory my results do stack up as the 100 or so new jump horses were all the result of a breeding program to improve speed, jumping and cruising and on paper they all look better. So it could be I have really improved things, and a lot of the new horses also tanked. But I have so little faith now in the racekit now I cannot trust the results, which is the infuriating thing. Only way to find out is to drop them into the league.

Re: The New Stars.
Don't have anything that seems worthwhile uploading. Like other trainers, the construction kit is frustrating me at the minute. Been breeding horses that look good on paper and they appear to do well in trials and then they are suddenly absolute rubbish in the next set of trials. I have a few horses that have not performed well in the league, so I will probably retire a few of them and try some of these inconsistant horses in the league just to see what they can do. This next bit is for Paul or anyone else who has the same skin. What skin are you using that shows the green bars with all the little markers to show percentages? I am using the default skin and it just shows a blank box with the green bars in it. This is probably my most promising horse. She seems to be equally at home over hurdles or fences. I may aim her at the Queen Mother.

Try this

Else go to game mods and then increments bar, is something sirius did easy enough to import.
