What difficulty level have you got it on?

I won a G1 with one of the original horses you get in my first season...I've never won a race with them in previous games!

I bought a 2yo in my 2nd season and he was winning by 4L+ in 6F races. Finished 2nd in the 2000 Guineas but then cleared up most 7F races the rest of his 3YO Career. Eventually won over 1M as a 4yo and thats as far as I have got so far. Never had something that good so early.

It is quite a bit easier I agree. Jumps race were always very very easy to win but it was at least season 10 before I was going 1-2-3 in all the Group 1s.

A lot harder on self train, difficult to get them to full fitness at the right time.
Hope Mark irons out the bugs that make it crash.
Started a mixed racing game, managed to buy a horse that won the English and Irish champion hurdles quite easily(my first group 1 winner),game crashed while saving 6months further into game, now won't load, gutted

Anyone reckon its possible to increase the difficulty in a patch. My only homebred horse to hit the track is a superstar and was from average game horses. If it stays this easy i may get bored pretty quickly

I would like to see the difficulty increased as well. I had 10 million by the end of the first season. Couple that with the fact that the computer trainers won't bid over 300,000 for a 2 year old at auction and it's really easy to dominate.

Very very easy imo, kinda off putting know you dont have to work hard in getting a decent horse like when i start a new game i dont really have any ambitions for example; winning guineas, derby and ledger cos i know it can be done in like 5 seasons.

only saving grace for me is probally online league
