can anyone email me the oringal mouse cursor? as i have installed this pack, but the custom curser in this pack doesnt seem to be on target, any1 else get this problem, would appreciate of some1 could email me the orignal.

That's cause the hot spot only starts at the top left corner and can't be edited. Original file emailed.

Can you please help an old computer dummy?
I have pasted gFX pack and started a new game with latest SO4 patch but still got no jockey or trainer pics showing.
I just wish someone could point me in easy terms how to sort out my game please.

The portraits in in the gfx folder will only work with the matching edited data in the pack. If you were using the data before, you need to reinstall it as the latest patch replaces it with different edited names. If you want to use the original edited name files, or Jay's files, you will need to install the relevant portraits for that set because the names in the files won't match exactly the names of the portraits which will mean most won't work.

Me too. I've copied the Data and GFX files into my SO4 but nothing happens

Bosra -

Uninstall SO4 and make sure no folders remain in either program files or program data.

Install SO4.
Install patch 1.05
Then download everything pack but save to desktop.
Go to C:/Program Files/starters orders 4 and delete the gfx folder.
Go to everything pack, copy gfx folder and go back to above destination and paste in the new gfx folder.
Then copy the edited folders 1 through 11 from the everything pack and paste them into the edited names section in Program Data as before, so they over-write the old ones.
Delete everything pack from desktop. Job Done!

That done correctly, absolutely everything will work barring royston french pic. Go to C:/Program Files/starters orders 4/gfx/portraits/1/jockeys and find the file currently named R French. Right click on it, select rename and enter R Ffrench. Hit return/enter, Job Done!!

(If you happen to be on XP, then paths directing you to Program Data/starters orders 4> need to be replaced with C:/Documents And Settings/All Users/Application Data/starters orders 4/data>>)

ok so i have to right clip on 1 copy then paste in number 1 in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\starters orders 4\data then repeat though till 11

Followed your instructions as far as GFX pack, then tried SO4 and it gives me ERROR cant find Button 80 or something like that????

Augh, I'll need to update the download.

Mark added a new trashcan button to remove all edited changes from the main menu which won't be in my pack.
