Anyone else getting this:

C:\Documents and Settings\Glenn\My Documents\Downloads\Everything.zip: CRC failed in Everything\gfx\bd\ws800\wp6.bmp. The file is corrupt

Tryed 4 times and get the same thing

That file for some unknown reason corrupts when you unzip to a location. Instead, just open the download and drag/copy the two folders inside to the desktop and then install them that way.

Quick mod
I wasn't happy with some of the mini silks that appear on the racecards that I had done previously so I have used the GG.com template to redo them all.



They match up with the flat silks in this pack so anyone who wants them - http://www.mediafire.com/?wmrxynhmd2y
just drop the gfx folder into C:\Program Files\SO4 and it will update relevant files.

For those who I designed silks specifically for, I have put icons in for yours to which you will just have to rename/renumber to match the slot you have them in.

Finally bought SO4 earlier, so before starting up a new game id like to get all the add ons i want filtered in.
This add on sounds great, just that when im following the directions on the first page nothing changes when i start the game up... any idea why?

EDIT - I also get an error extracting the files... and dragging the files over doesnt seem to work without being able to extract them.

you need to extract all folders first mate then copy and paste the files which have been extracted. Right click usually works for me. Right click and click extract here

Yeah ive tried that mate but it didnt work... however, if i copy and paste each single folder, eg potraits it works... well it seems to be so far.. just that i suppose it'll take alot longer

Hi,

I want to download this pack and have read how to do it on the first page. However, being the stupid person I am, I cannot understand how to do it.

I have a Vista that I play Starters Orders 4 on and I am confused on how to get the pack configurated. It isn't clear to me how to download this file to replace the GFX file already existing.

I would appreciate any help anyone can offer me...

Download, then double click downloaded file. Inside are two folders, copy both and paste them onto your desktop. Then open C:\Program Files\SO4, copy the two folders you just pasted to the desktop and paste them into there. PC will ask you if you want to over-write existing data and you want to agree. That's it updated!

Thanks. I did everything you have said and I thought it would have worked. I also started a new career in order to have all changes made. However I haven't noticed any changes or different silks. Did I have to do something else for the changes to take place?

Yeah should take effect immediately. Try again but this time delete the existing gfx folder in Program Files\SO4 and then paste the new one from the download in and see if that makes a difference.
