just paid £486.532 for a 2yo in end of season sales never paid more than £475k before but several trainers were after this 2yo and pushed the price up whats the most you have seen paid

I paid £475,000 yesterday for a 5f sprinter. Turns out to be a good investment, he won a C4 Maiden with ease, the a C2 Irish maiden, and then the Norfolk, all pretty much on the bridle. So it can be a good thing buying game horses for a lot of money. I have, so far, bought 3 G1 winners from the game and they will slip nicely into the barn once I decide their time is up!

I can't remember the exact price but I do remember being surprised that the game trainers pushed me into the £480's, the usually stop at about £475ish but not this time, sadly I don't think it turned out to be much good...
