shift and c are not doing anythink is that the rite buttons to press sorry to be so dumb

sorry dude after i do that in steps what do i do after im pressing printscreen and holding shift (nothing happens if i come out to note pad nothing to paste) its very kind of you trying to help me

In SO4 press Prt Scr, which sort of takes a snapshot of whatever is on your screen at that moment. Then open Paint (you can't use notepad because you're trying to paste an image, not text) and go to edit, paste and the pic should appear in Paint. Save that and then go to imageshack.com and upload the picture you just saved. When it's finished uploading copy the image url it gives you and then paste it into your message here.
