Hey lads, im using patch 1.014 and when I download any of these packs and try to load them the game shuts down and a msg pops up starters orders has stopped working... i noticed this started happening once i downloaded new patch as my saves would not work that i used previous to downloading the patch..

Just wondered did anyone have this problem and PJ what patch are you using with these saves?

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.

You can only transfer a maximum of 6 horses per season

Post Re: Horse Exchange - [New Horses!]
I need a bit of help. I just got a new computer and I decided to start over and to boost my breeding by using some of these horses on here. I downloaded the files and put them in and as far as I know I did it properly. However, when I get into the game it gives me a sync error message. I just ignored that and went on with the instructions and retired the horse to the pool. As I was trying to go through the season to get to the end my buttons to skip a day or to go to the racetrack disappeared. Well, I deleted the file and tried it again, even tried different files, and non of them have the advance a day or go to the racetrack button. So I can't complete the transfer. Anyway to fix this or get to the end of the season without these buttons? Any help would be appreciated.

A reminder to all that if you plan to enter the league you can not use other peoples horses to breed with.

I was going to offer some horses but all of mine are ck horses, though they are still good in the game too. Anyone want horses from 1m2-2m4?

Hello. I played So4 quite a bit. My best friend bought it back in the day, and I lived with him so I played it quite frequently. Last night I bought So5. I'm comfortable with the game, but I'm still very new to understanding the way the mods, and these Horse Exchanges work.

At the moment, I don't feel comfortable doing the league thing, since I'm so new. I was just wondering that if I do this, then in the future decide I want to try the league. If I totally uninstall, and reinstall the game, would it be a clean slate so that I'd be welcome in leagues then?

I'd suggest starting from scratch and experimenting, you learn more that way. But if you really feel the need to download some of these horses then just a new game for your league stable will be fine. Just make sure you haven't transferred any horses that have been downloaded, or the offspring of those.
