Just saw Alex Hales knock in the big bash that was some innings some of the biggest 6s i have seen and not a one off think he had a innings in the 20/20 matches that was outstanding begs the question why on earth is he not in the ODI squad

That was one of the worst decisions i've seen in recent times! There was no doubt it pitched outside leg!
normal cricket rules dont apply in India though do they? They make their own rules, especially when the other team are looking strong!
And how you can have DRS in one country and not another amazes me! In the ODI between Aus and SL that would have been reviewed and not out, how can a decision be out in one game and not another? They either have to make it a law or just get rid of it all together!
What was Morgan doing though?

Ultimately, 3-2 is better then 4-1 I suppose!

Agreed, Root is the find of the tour, and looks likely to be a big part of future England teams in all formats of the game.
