Mark has said that there is no way of telling who used the glitch in the past (if anyone did)

Well my points from my above post stand. You simply don't see the same maximized bars for UK bred horses prior to this patch unless you bred in the Aussie game.

The way it came over to me was Mark said this glitch came up 2 months ago when he made some changes
the lge was well underway 2 months ago
don't forget we had to take a 2 week break moving server
we are now on week 11 so season over 3 months old
so the way i take it no one could have used this advantage until the window in week 6
i might have it wrong has been know

Well that would be handy to publicize so that is no suspicion of this was used by trainers to any large extent in the league.

The new patch doesn't work on ttf.dat files for sure BUT if you have games saved at the end of the season after breeding before your broodmares produce yearlings then the patch works on any new yearlings produced. So if you (like me) have a ton of games saved before you press advance to the next year then you can simply rebreed any particular pairs you want :). (See shot below)

That saves a ton of rebreeding for me!

  I don't like this new system, the horses I breed before this new patch are now running slower than before :? My super star fillie that won everytime in CK cant catch a cold now, she is running more than half a second slower than before :?
I feel one unhappy bunny now

Ps) I put in more than 40 hours a week for ten weeks to catch everyone up and it feels like I wasted my time

In the US game seems now potential increases at 2, 3 and 4 but not at 5. Potential starts to decrease at 5 when before it stayed steady at 5 and in most cases started to decrease at 6.

It does that in the Uk game now, the potential bar has gone a bit wild.

i have noticed some weird potential bars since patch had one 3yo full potential 100%
But was on 0% reached potential

Thank god it's not just my game, my horses are doing the same thing and it was getting to me yesterday, and the bar moves in season. I had a five year old that went down every time I ran him :?

I feel a new patch coming soon.. just hope it doesn't break something else. I'm just about starting to get into my next round of breeding for next season's league and would love to not have to restart the whole process depending on what bugs need sorted and what the final outcome of Aussiegate is.
