Post Re: Previews
The form has huge holes in it. On paper the 1000 looks stronger. The mile races don't have pace so if you exported with even or hold up you will be too far back as jockey will go slower than the leaders who are setting a modest gallop.

Can be the same with stayers as we saw in Dubai.

Post Re: Previews
Perhaps im on my own with this one but that's what I like about this game. If the fastest horse's always won then the game would be boring. I think it would become tedious very quickly. It has unknown factors just like real life racing, some horses want quick races to run in and some horse's run better in even pace races.

It's not all about breeding the best u need to work out how u think races will be run. If we had pacemakers in the races my horse's would struggle.

i am not disagreeing

the 1000 form is far easier to understand and come to an opinion
could well be the superior race
at least we are guaranteed decent pace in it

Post Re: Previews
My fastest Dirt horse is a horse Called Tommy Danzigger. He Loved all out gallop races. He was my quickest horse in the uae derby, Preakness, Kentucky Derby and Classic. Going into my trial races I thought he was awesome but when I ran him in my even pace trials the best he could finish was 8 out of 10 in all those races. My most consistent horse was Inhisglory who I picked yet was about 0.25 and 0.50 seconds slower than him in those races.

Well done lads.

Hilly Wood wants 10f. Is there any pace in the 2000?
