been keeping a close eye on what courses seem to be the quickest as not all of them produce super quick times in fact they seem to run normal the quickest tracks are as follows

Deauville
Ascot
Epsom
Goodwood
Mooney valley
Randwick
Tokyo
Southwell
Meydan

the rest seem to run normal times so it could be the these tracks not the horses could be the problem I will add to these if I find any more
