Re: Jumps Discussion
If he's still in double figures when I go back to work then I'm having a bit of that. Never of the bridle.

But a nice price for me He's goes on any ground after that and he travels great and his jumping was fine, what's to dislike about him.

Any jockey that hits a horse that many times in a race should get the book thrown at them, not a good look for the sport.

Re: Jumps Discussion
Whoever runs irish racing should be looking into this, yes there isnt any whip rule but thats excessive use and needs banning.
On another note why do all trainers complain about there not being enough races for horses and then there's a grade 1 novice hurdle at Newbury and there's three runners which is terrible. Trainers shouldn't twist if there not supporting a grade 1. Another race there complaining about is novice chases. A race at Catterick today a novice chase and 3 runners again.

Re: Jumps Discussion
I always go back to Rachel Alexandra, Calvin Borel gave her a beating in a race and she was never the same horse after that.
