Which of the 2 issues showing are you questioning?

1. In all non handicaps fillies and mares will get an allowance, hence why 2 of the horses are shown with 10.0 as opposed to 10.3.
2. All jockeys are shown as having a minimum riding weight, L Aspell's is obviously 10.2 so if he is due to ride a horse carrying less weight he will put up overweight. Jennies Jewel has carried 10.2 in that race.

ya he weighs 10st2 so could not do the weight hence being 2 pounds over weight
