 Re: Weekly Reaction
Flat
Persian Heights 5th in the 2000, just trying to get a win for him. Not that good. Keen Hunter 3rd, it's not that easy getting a older horse to beat the 3yo's. Shady Heights 1st, nice h'cap win but will be replaced if I ever get around to breeding any more flat horses.
Jumps
Green Green Desert 4th, should be competitive in all the big 2m races. Solwhit 1st, won on good ground will be better on softer. Very good start. Angelina Ballerina Fell, has shown nothing so far. Yopurneverwalkalone 2nd, will run in all the top 2m4 races. Tartan Tyrant 1st, nice H'cap win but was suppose to be my gold cup horse. Will need to improve.

 Re: Weekly Reaction
Tuesday - Shades of last year. I waited like 5 weeks for a win and then got 4 in one day. Yesterday I had 3 winners and a second - Today my horses were nowhere.
Jumps - my 10 horse team is bad and should get some wins in handicaps somewhere I hope. Nothing yet.

 Re: Weekly Reaction
At last another winner on the flat and my 1st Group win of the season
Clever Girl Made 2 from 3 starts making all in the Longines Sagaro Stakes great run she is made of iron very hopeful with my stayers she is not my Gold Cup Horse though that is Where to Start who's form reads 2,2,2 ran well in Ireland considering its 5 furlongs too short for him an eyecatching run one for the notebook lads
What a run from Entrance to Heaven in the Kentucky Derby what a ding dong finish it came down to a head bob on the line really feel for John's Horse Za Approval who got boxed in on the inside hard lines mate well done to the winner Pepperoni Pete & Steve great comms on the race they set the whole thing up
2 winners in the NHC Bombshell made it 2 wins from 2 starts she made all very smartly in the Grand novice Chase my first G1 of the season
Josef Starlin won the Huron Handicap Chase with a nice timed run he was carrying plenty of weight but did it nicely
Congratulations to all the winners and placers many thanks to the team great comms by the lads as always especially an epic finish at Churchill

 Re: Weekly Reaction
Thank you mates! I enjoy every race even when my horses fell or get 8th or 14th. It's so entertaining and such a great job by the online team! But this win came out of nothing, felt my heart pumping! Don't give up Matt a win will come, I would have been very happy with a small handicap win too, it doesn't matter, but nice that it is rarely possible to win such a race. Btw Tre Kronas is one of my first generations horses which still trials nicely against much better bred horses. Have to look if I can find her in some lineages. Good luck all!

 Re: Weekly Reaction
FlatBurst of Energy - 9th midfield run stayed on same pace. Arch Rival - 10th too long for her, in the running but tired and dropped back to last. Podgies Boy - 4th Stayed on same pace in this small field, never a threat. Love Nor Money - 7th left all to do, some progress mid way, but tailed off when it mattered. The Prisoner 3rd - Solid run, not pace of the winner, handicap increase may put him backwards again Prohibition Almighty 11th - too short, so was beaten for pace, not good enough in any case just no where else to go. JumpLeaving Las Vegas - 2nd great run from my reserve national contender, jumped soundly and stayed on well, could just not reel in bang bang. National Sensation - Fell when well clear 2.5f from home..........really wish he could jump Cap Gemini - 3rd good run stayed on nicely, though will likely be replaced at week 5 as the top juve in the stable Enterprise - 8th one for the chop after messing up his entries. Great White Hope - pulled up, strange, easily stays the distance though did clatter the fence shortly before? Dominion of Saints - 10th top weight and made a mess of the last, another run where he was all over the place, my quirky nutter range are better behaved. Chees - 6th weak maiden win coming into context, over rated too much weight left all to do. Poor run The Tortoise - 10th will not survive the week five cuts Josh

 Re: Weekly Reaction
Monday was a poor day for my horses on both the flat and over fences and Tuesday started off in the same vane.
The later races on Tuesday proved the turning for my stable with a win in race 17 on the flat and a win in race 18 over fences. This good form continued into Wednesday where I had another 2 winners over fences and bundle of nice placers.
The star of my stable at the moment has to be Parkland Girl who won the G3 Carmarthen Hurdle to follow on from her 1st place finish in week 2.
Banterbury Maid, who finished 4th in last weeks Starters Orders 6 Hurdle qualifier and qualiified for the final was a horse I was not sure about running this week. I couldn't decide whether to protect her handicap for the final or should I race her. I decided to race her and she won race 18, the Mares Novices Hurdle. The handicapper has had his way with her and now I am in the same predicament, race her some more or save her for the final.
Singleton Lass won the Starters Orders 6 Hurdle Qualifier of almost bottom weight and will definately be saved for the final, although the handicapper was hard on her and gave her a 15lb increase, 7lbs for each furlong she won by.
Overall a very good week.
Flat - 1 x 1st, 2 x 3rd, 1 x 4th and 1 x 5th
Jumps - 3 x 1st, 1 x 2nd, 2 x 3rd, 2 x 4th and 4 x 5th.

congrats all runners great comms seems to be the norm guys sound like pros Congrats on u Derby Win. A hell of a race. Steve this is the most competitive flat season and the league needed this because it was too predictable last season. Bollin Eric 2nd, hopefully he'll get some soft ground at the end of the season to see how good he is. Lochsong 1st, Super fast will contest the best 5 furlong races. Za Approval 3rd, luck ran out this time . My Princess Laura 0, awful person awful horse. Present Abbey 1st, not sure where she goes next but is my best chaser. Alderbrook 3rd, another solid run. Sparky Gale fell, very dodgy jumper. Loving Around 1st, a lovely front runner who's following in his dads footsteps. Beautiful in Black 2nd, just a solid horse.
