This Is one thing that does my head in when breeding jumpers, u find a very good looking horse and he's turns out to be a Bloody Gelding. One of if not the best looking jumper I've seen and also a front runner.

The stallions racing over jumps is probably the most unrealistic part of the game for me, and to be honest is slightly putting me off. In real life jump horses are bred from flat stayers. You would never see a full horse jumping fences. I can think of no more than a couple in over 40 years watching racing. Not even that many hurdlers are entires. For me seeing stallions running over fences is quite ludicrous and is preventing me from really getting immersed in the jumps game. All chasers should be geldings or mares

Martin people do geld the horses after they have saved them in the transfer pool, I'm not 100% if it does anything but I never do unless they are unruly.

I was talking more about just the game itself John. When playing the single player game loads of the top AI owned chasers are stallions. You shouldn't be able to go and buy a 10 year old chaser that is a full horse and has won 3 consecutive Hennesey Gold Cups and run in 2 Grand Nationals (like I just have). I think that is something that needs sorting in S07. If you had no great knowledge of horse racing you would think that this is normal. I think I am correct in saying that no Cheltenham Gold Cup or Grand National winner has ever been an entire.

Something for SO7 I think, right now it does not seem to make a difference and robs you of a horse to breed with, especially as until you trial your not sure what you have. Yes you can overcome with a 3yo export and then geld to chase, but the whole switching ttf files and importing is very tiresome for me to be bothered with, if it hurt you in game people would do it as a rule not an exception.
