How are we working the comms this week. I assume we are doing it the same as last season with 12 races per day rather than the usual 10 for the flat. Can't remember whether NH was just left as usual with 10 per day and then bonus races or whether that was split into 12 per day also.

I assume Doug will do Monday and I will do the NH on Tuesday and Wednesday and the flat on Weds as usual.

Do we know if Tim is available or not this week ?

Also I think someone said they might be up for doing a few, pretty sure it was Martyn Cairns I think but can't remember (sorry), if so which ones do you want to do ? I have no problem giving up some NH if you prefer them. Similarly I don't mind doing Tues flat instead of Weds if Tim is still offline.

Gray - Will be recording a few intro pieces for the live streams with Doug on Sunday afternoon. Only about 5 - 10 minutes all stills no video. How late can I get Sunday's to you without causing problems.

If Possible by 5pm Martin give me time to load Movie Maker and save it to HD.

yeah i've got some time tonight to do some races. I could do 10 NH races, Tuesday or Wednesdays? i don't mind which. The flat is all a bit too quick for me haha. Gray could you add me to SO6 folder on dropbox if i'm not still on there, so i ccan download the races.

As we haven't heard from Tim yet shall I do Tuesdays flat instead of Weds. Then if Tim is available he can do Wes instead. If he isn't doing any I can do Wednesday as well if Martyn is going to do one of the NH.

Martyn - take your pick mate, just let me know today as I start comms on Sat night, although will do Tues flat tonight if given green light. There are 12 NH races a day this week Tues is 13-24 and Weds 25 - 36. If you only want to do 10 just pick 10 at start or 10 at end and let me know which you are doing and I will cover the rest.

I Haven't heard from Tim Martin he was going to upload more horses and didn't so I take it hes still out.

Ok will do. If Tim comes back I will suggest to him that we swap permanently with him doing Weds instead of Tues. That gives us more time to cover them if his internet goes and means you will get them earlier for the live stream.



Do Tuesdays as well mate as I am going to do Tues comms tonight. I will do the same and email my Mon and Tues to you as well then we can mention them in commentary if we want.

I'll go with Tuesday's NH 13-24 lads.
