I’ve posted this on the technical help section but not sure how often that gets checked so; I’ve got the starters orders 7 keys etc and I try and download it on to my laptop using al the links etc and it downloads, however, 1) it never asks for username or key and when it downloads and the icon appears on the desktop and I click it pops up for maybe 2 seconds like it should open but then closes and nothing else happens. What can I do? Also tried the run as administrator thing but still the same thing happens
