It is sometime away but you have to take into account people haven't started playing yet as theres still a few issues, i myself have only just started playing as with the RB problems i couldn't fairly trial my horses which could've messed up my barn and therefore have nothing but poor horses for the league.

i think most major issues have been ironed out now? so i suppose most league players are working on there league entries, i do to feel it's ages away lol but hopefully by marc i'll be happy with some of my horses.
