You need to wait for the day 3 races to be uploaded to the Tom with with marks, then the races should open up.

I still need to know what exactly to do with these horse files after I've changed all the marks in the Racekit. I have all the files with the new ratings sitting in a zip folder. Do I need to upload that zip folder to TOM under, manage horse files, then upload horse files? Or do I have to put all those horses back into the races they ran in, where I got them in Dropbox (this will take a while)?

Nice to be back in what is only my second league to comptete in. Last one was at least 10 years ago.
I’m happy to get a 2nd and 5th as I wasn’t expecting to beat anything at all. And in general my horses are not to many lenghts off the pace. I think I will have a better understanding of what to do when SO 8 arrives. The horses I’ve bred in the last few weeks are better in the CK than the ones I uploaded for the league.

Great work on the commentary and the ease of use on the site.

I’ve gotten the bug again for the game and it’s gobbling up my time.

Best of luck to everyone

2 winners on flat and 2 winners on NH
I'm happy with that as my stable not as strong as last season, mostly returning horses and ones that didn't make the cut last time.
Good to see some newcomers in the league and hope they enjoy it, after all it's just a bit of fun (for some people :) )

Sorry to whoever is running the races today, i uploaded two horses this morning without changing the numbers of them. It was a mad rush to put two of my jumpers in on the flat before i left for work. Hopefully they will stay within 30L of the winners  needed them as a guide for my team next season if we get another season.

:D Knew I could rely on you for a little banter Mr Morgan, though I hardly think your comparison is fair, if you had taken this more seriously over the last few years we’d all have a lot less wins.

U and Leon should take it as a compliment, to do both Flat and Jumps and have so good a jumps team is outstanding. Having a full jumps teams takes time and effort and then to have a flat team is as well is mad. Even when I had my main games I had to drop somethings like the 2yos and hurdlers, to do both well it's takes a herculean effort. Hats of to anyone who does it. :D

BTW I hope we get another season , I've been to the keeneland sales and ready to dust down my flat breeding barn. It's been given a clean a fresh coat of paint and away we go

Winning is not always first past the post.

Well looks like my string are just not as good as expected, but Day 1 was always going to be the toughest.

Cactus Jack (10th) - Started well but then ended up at the back and had no chance, field was well grouped though so he'll definitely have chances in lower handicaps.

Prized Princess (8th) - To be expected but wasn't tailed off and was plugging on at the end, will improve for the step up in trip.

Easter Sunday (6th) - Not a bad performance carrying top weight, will be dangerous when dropping into 70s.

Suprastar (9th) - Up with the pace but couldn't go with them late in the day, more to come hopefully in lesser races.

Disco Heaven (8th) - Uploaded as an after though but that's two maidens now where he hasn't been far away at all, and from some good horses.

Mastermind (11th) - As expected, falls away big time last furlong. Does well over 6f in trials but at league level, she's really an out and out 5f horse.

Death Star (14th) - Struggled badly, 1m2f again seems too far and will go back to 1m/1m1f.

Octavian (13th) - Poor run, handicaps await.

Long way to go, hopefully we'll get some good handicap marks and attack the AW Championships.

What a start to the week :D My boy did well :D as proud as any win over jumps. Well his mum and dad also ran today. So he could be rated nearly 160 after today and his mum could be rated 100  . Has anyone ever had anything like that before, it's a crazy difference. His dad ran but a horse I put on the flat and he ran well over a mile, what a whacky family . He'll be a massive horse for helping my flat team next season , he'll give me a target while breeding.

A bit of a surprise Swiss winning on faster ground, a horse that has run in 4 trials but didn't make the top 2 in my last and so missed out but had a change of heart and took some of my hurdlers of Tom and put her in. Well deserved win by a tough mare.

Perhaps my hold up horses are better than I thought, Queen ran a fantastic 2nd in the charlie . Probably having a front runner in the race helped her. It was nice to see a important horse Unioniste run well because he's a lovely horse and a massive stallion in my barn.
