Dave dont seem to be able to place a bet on Tom, Tom is displaying 2009`s race fixtures cant get it to this season, it has got select week and select race but no select season.

You won't be able to place a bet until after nominations close and bookmakers put up the prices.
TOM is working fine for me, try view/enter this weeks races then go home and then try place a bet.

Yep more work needed on the betting side of things but not an issue at present as noted

I`ve just done that Dave and all i get when looking on place a bet is.
Select : Week 1-17 and races 1-22 when selecting these for example the Lincoln week 2 race 1 its all last seasons info (2009) and says Race closed for bets!
When looking at Week 1 Race 1 its all 2009 information no option to select a season is that right?

Hackett noms have not closed yet mate, try when they have pal.

When noms close at midnight and odds are entered for Week 2 races, this should resolve itself, but less us know if it doesn't.

Just checked Tom and all Week Three races are all still showing 2009 information, No betting for me

Colm, Still problems placing bet on Tom, any ideas mate? Read on other posts about logging in and out, then hitting home and trying still no joy. All races are 2009 information still.

Try the following:

Log out of TOM
Go to a random page on the internet - like www.google.com
Go to Tools
Select - Delete Browsing History
Tick ALL the boxes, then press Delete
Close your browser
Open your browser, go to TOM and try again.

Let me know what happens for you.

i know this is so insignificant but just thought id point out that a few races have the same jockey on two different horses.

Can you please specify the league and race no.

Thanks for the detailed information again. I can't stress enough that the more information about a bug that is provided the easier it is to find out what's happening.

There's good news and bad news.

The good news is that it isn't a problem with TOM - the extract files have been processed correctly.

I don't have the race replays so assuming that the extracts replicate the actual races, then the problem is with the CK.

It won't affect results etc for the races tho.

what do you mean dd? sorry i dont undertsand the bit about the race replays and the ck. do you mean when the replays become available it wont of affected the races in anyway?

I just thought it was a display issue on TOM because I was looking through to see which jocks I got for this week and noticed a few double bookings
