Ok Red, that is cool.
Obviously you'll be gutted he lost the race on DQ but on the up side, if he is able to win at a mile when he wants a furlong or two more, even off a rating of 60, it tells me there will be a race in him. If you pick the right race and be patient in finding it so as to protect what will still probably be a handicap mark he is ahead of, you should get your rewards.

Roger Charlton has just won a mile handicap at Newbury with Brunston @ 40/1 Brunston's last 4 runs were over 11f 11f 12f 12f dropped back to 8f today and wins at a big price.
I can see Redeyez putting in a appeal

Yeah I saw Hayley Turner Win that and noticed the commentator mention that she had ran over mile and a half last time..

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news but l can see a couple of your horses might be hit this week again mate. Not 100% as have not spoke to Steve yet but some big jumps again pal i.e 1M 6F maiden to a 1M this week and 1M too 5F. Might not be anything but a heads up just incase

I think a 3f jump is harsh. I know its flat racing but still feel its harsh. I think 3f either side is acceptable. I dont want to cause a riot by saying this. Just my opinion.

Its very close to me mate but not my decison but will say last week it run in 1M 2F race. That is a jump!!!!! 1M is just horses preferred distance

Just re-read. 1m6f - 1m is definitely one to keep an eye on.

What size is your stable Redeyez? I have a relatively small stable and still have several horses that have not run at all. I'm waiting for an appropriate race or race and ground.

I have a relatively small stable. This inability to shorten the distance of your horses race progressively is pathetic btw
